🧾 Caregiver Requirements
​

  • To be considered for employment with Serenica, candidates must:

  • Demonstrate a compassionate and respectful approach to care

  • Have reliable transportation (preferred for community-based assignments)

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have prior caregiving experience (preferred, not required for some roles)

  • Hold a valid CPR & First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain it)

  • Be able to pass all required background and screening checks

  • All applicants must successfully complete a multi-step hiring process, which includes:

  • Comprehensive background checks (state and national level, where applicable)

  • Identity verification and eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Reference checks to confirm experience and reliability

  • Drug screening to ensure a safe and professional care environment

🎓 Training & Onboarding
 

  • Before providing care, all caregivers:

  • Complete orientation and onboarding training
